Automatically link incoming emails to a matter, parties, and staff. Send case management data via email from within LegalEdge.

This exciting new option allows LegalEdge users to review incoming email in LegalEdge and attach those emails as document profiles to a staff entity, a person, and a matter. The email message is stored in the summary field of the document profile record. Attachments can be linked to the document profile with the file location path saved in the profile record also. The module allows for processing of multiple attachments as well. Sending information is even easier - simply click the email icon and the contents of the active window in LegalEdge, along with the appropriate field names, drops into the message portion of an outgoing email. Pick whom you want to send it to and off it goes.
