Our web-based LegalEdge software is not only an indispensable tool for any case management need, but it is specifically designed to accommodate the unique demands of government legal agencies. Existing Product Support
LegalEdge’s support program is designed to address needs quickly for your peace of mind. We provide unlimited telephone/Internet support to our customers from 8:30 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday. However, since our technical staff offers broad time zone coverage across the USA as well as in India and South America, you’ll often find we’re reachable ‘round the clock. Our goal during business hours is a response time within one (1) hour. Support staff and Executive and Manager mobile telephone numbers are provided in case of emergency.
Our Zendesk-backed support system automatically creates your support ticket, sends you a reply, and forwards your issue to the relevant team so nothing slips through the cracks. All reported issues are tracked from receipt to assignment to commencement to completion, with comprehensive tracking of progress, comments and solutions.
For customer-hosted systems, we recommend that you provide a remote access connection so LegalEdge support can login to your system directly, facilitating quick investigation and resolution if any problem should arise. This communication link allows us to get "on site" immediately regardless of the time of day or where clients are located. If you cannot provide us direct access to your system, then we’ll schedule a virtual meeting to connect with your IT or user staff to provide needed support.
For LegalEdge-hosted customers, we’ll have direct access to your system and can initiate investigations and diagnoses unhindered generally the clearer the provided issue description (preferably with attached screenshots), the better and more seamless the provided solution.
Should a critical issue ever arise, such as a system-lock or outage, then we apply resources quickly, with an “All hands on deck!” philosophy when it comes to critical customer situations. If one of your users has a training issue, then one of our trainers will tailor the response to the need offering links to relevant tutorial videos, step-by-step how-to instructions with relevant screenshots, or even an offer to schedule a quick virtual meeting to review / investigate / resolve the issue together. If it is an issue requiring a change or fix, then we gather the needed information, enter the fix into our tracking system, and schedule the next build release for a staging site review and acceptance. If it is a critical issue, we’ll fast-track it to development and deploy a hot-fix or patch as needed, and daily development and QA “stand-ups” facilitate open team communication and quickly identify roadblocks and next steps. It’s our aim to provide exceptional availability, response and follow-through, so you can rest assured.
